Thecuy.com – Institut Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (INISNU) Temanggung is a private higher education institution situated in Temanggung Regency, Central Java, operating under the Nahdlatul Ulama organization. The campus originated as the Faculty of Islamic Law of the Nahdlatul Ulama University of Central Java, inaugurated on February 19, 1970, at the initiative of K.H. Abdul Hadi Shofwan, a Temanggung PCNU leader and caretaker of Pondok Pesantren al‑Huda–al‑Hidayah Jampirejo. It later became known as the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (STAINU) Temanggung, before officially evolving into INISNU Temanggung under the Minister of Religion Decree Number 324 of 2021, with the handover taking place on June 15, 2021.

Upon attaining institute status, INISNU Temanggung has continuously improved both its institutional and academic frameworks by focusing its curriculum development on an outcome‑based education (OBE) approach, integrating Aswaja Annahdliyah values and civilized science. The campus administration aims for INISNU to further expand into Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (UNISNU) and become one of the leading NU institutions in Central Java. The campus currently offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including a Master of Islamic Family Law, and actively conducts graduation ceremonies as well as various academic and student activities for its graduates.

Based on information from https://inisnu.ac.id, it is currently necessary to meet the demand for high‑quality human resources and to enhance the quality of the institution’s tri dharma and administrative services at the Institut Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (INISNU) Temanggung. Accordingly, there is a need to fill vacant positions for lecturers and education staff (Tendik) who are competent and have integrity. With this in mind, the following details are provided:

1. Application submissions are accepted from Thursday, July 23, 2026, through Thursday, July 30, 2026, until 24:00 WIB. Application files can be submitted via:

2. Administrative Requirements for Lecturers:

• Application letter covering the position applied for;
• Declaration stating not holding NIDN/NIDK/NIP/ permanent employment elsewhere, stamped with Rp.10,000;
• Curriculum Vitae (attached format);
• Attach a Lecturer Plan detailing the five‑duty responsibilities and institutional development;
• Four recent passport‑size photographs with red background, 4×6 cm;
• Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK);
• Photocopy of diploma and legalized transcript of grades;
• Medical certificate (physical and mental health) from a government doctor, if already obtained;
• Police clearance certificate (if already obtained);
• Priority given to those attaching KARTANU/Sertifikat PD PKPNU/ NU organizational decree / autonomous NU institution;
• Supporting documents: certificates, scientific articles, and other supporting materials.

3. Administrative Requirements for Education Staff:

• Application letter covering the position applied for;
• Declaration stating not holding NIP/ permanent employment elsewhere, stamped with Rp.10,000;
• Curriculum Vitae (attached format);
• Four recent passport‑size photographs with red background, 4×6 cm;
• Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK);
• Photocopy of diploma and legalized transcript of grades;
• Medical certificate (physical and mental health) from a government doctor, if already obtained;
• Police clearance certificate (if already obtained);
• Priority given to those attaching KARTANU/Sertifikat PD PKPNU/ NU organizational decree / autonomous NU institution;
• Supporting documents: certificates, scientific articles, and other supporting materials.

4. Special Requirements for Lecturers:

• Lecturer S1‑PIAUD:

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1–S3 program in Early Childhood Education (S3 preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Does not yet hold a lecturer certificate (NIDN);
• Maximum age 35 for master’s degree, 40 for doctoral degree;
• Possess a record of tri dharma duties.

• Lecturer S1‑PGMI:

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1–S3 program in Primary Education (S3 preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Does not yet hold a lecturer certificate (NIDN);
• Maximum age 35 for master’s degree, 40 for doctoral degree;
• Possess a record of tri dharma duties.

• Lecturer S1‑PAI:

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1–S3 program in Islamic Education (S3 preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Does not yet hold a lecturer certificate (NIDN);
• Maximum age 35 for master’s degree, 40 for doctoral degree;
• Possess a record of tri dharma duties.

• Lecturer S2‑HKI:

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1–S3 program in Family Law;
• Possess a mediation certificate (preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Does not yet hold a lecturer certificate (NIDN);
• Maximum age 40;
• Possess a record of tri dharma duties;
• Not a professional lawyer/advocate.

5. Special Requirements for Staff:

Staff Akademik Pascasarjana (1 position):

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1–S2 program in Educational Management / Administration;
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Maximum age 30;
• Preference given to those with academic work experience;
• Willing to work towards targets;
• Preference given to those holding relevant expertise/professional certificates from LSP/BNSP.

Staf PMB (1 position):

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1 program in Marketing or related field (S2 preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Maximum age 30;
• Preference given to those with marketing experience;
• Preference given to those with Digital Marketing skills;
• Willing to work towards targets;
• Preference given to those holding relevant expertise/professional certificates from LSP/BNSP.

Laboran (1 position):

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1 program in Educational Management (S2 preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Maximum age 30;
• Preference given to those holding relevant expertise/professional certificates from LSP/BNSP;
• Preference given to those with an attractive appearance.

Operator (1 position):

• Indonesian citizen;
• Adheres to Aswaja NU Islamic tradition;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Graduate of S1 program in Informatics Engineering (Programmer preferred);
• Will not apply for civil servant positions (CPNS/CPPPK);
• Maximum age 30;
• Preference given to those holding relevant expertise/professional certificates from LSP/BNSP.

6. Selection Stages:

• Socialization: complete letter with position requirements and flyer (starting Thursday, July 23, 2026 – Thursday, July 31, 2026). Objection period: August 1, 2026;
• Monday, August 4, 2026 – academic potential test, TOEFL, and microteaching;
• Tuesday, August 5, 2026 – announcement of candidates who passed round 1;
• Wednesday, August 6 – announcement and notification of next stage test;
• Thursday, August 7, 2026 – interview test;
• Friday, August 8, 2026 – finalization;
• Monday, August 11, 2026 – announcement;
• Tuesday–Wednesday, August 12–13, 2026 – document verification;
• Wednesday, August 26, 2026 – work orientation and guidance.
