Thecuy.com, Jakarta – Amanda Manopo, a celebrity, has officially filed a police report against a former employee at South Jakarta Police Station, accusing them of embezzling company funds and practicing dark magic. The estimated loss is nearly Rp3 billion, despite the employee having worked for only eight months.
Amanda said that after dismissing the worker due to unsettling behavior, she discovered financial irregularities during an internal audit. “The loss is probably close to 3 billion. In the eight months he was employed, it turned out that almost 3 billion had been lost to me,” she stated at South Jakarta Police Station on Wednesday (22/7/2026).
In addition to monetary loss, Amanda claims she has been subjected to dark magic attacks allegedly by the former employee. CCTV footage shows the suspect scattering graveyard soil around her residence and reciting incantations over her discarded drinks. “There is authentic evidence, there is evidence from the home’s CCTV,” she affirmed.
The alleged attacks were meant to disturb her marriage to Kenny Austin. Amanda says she began experiencing strange occurrences in 2025 but only decided to report after gathering solid proof. “Back then if someone touched me, talked about me, I kept quiet. But now that I have a child, I can’t stay silent anymore,” she explained.
Amanda’s lawyer, Sandy Arifin, indicated that the primary focus now is addressing the embezzlement allegation. Legal steps are ongoing to investigate the misuse of company funds.
