As an extension of the head office, BNI Regional Office 15 plays a crucial role in business development within its jurisdiction, encompassing credit distribution, fund gathering and the expansion of non‑cash transaction services. Over 13,000 merchants in the Jakarta, Bekasi and Karawang areas are serviced through the BNI EDC network under the office’s coordination.

Position : Teller and Bina BNI Administration Assistant
Qualifications :
- Indonesian citizen
- Fresh graduate, never had any work experience before, never registered as BINA BNI in any branch, regional or area office
- Minimum education Senior High School / Vocational School with average report card GPA for semesters 5 and 6 of at least 7, or D1‑S1 GPA minimum 2.5
- Age 18 years 0 months 0 days up to 25 years 0 months 0 days at the time of registration
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate a computer
- Never involved in drug cases or other legal violations, evidenced by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
- Obtain parental consent to participate in the Bina BNI apprenticeship programme
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried throughout the apprenticeship period
- Willing to be placed in Regional Office Area 15 (Jakarta Kemayoran Region)
- Prefer residency in the placement area
- For administrative positions, priority is given to those with competence in Data Analytics, Multimedia and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint / Canva)
