To meet its human‑resource needs across various units, ITS is again announcing the Recruitment of Functional Contract Educational Personnel (PKF) for Fiscal Year 2026, as detailed in Announcement Letter Number 11757/IT2.III/B/KP.01.00/X/2026. This round of hiring provides 17 positions, mainly Laboratory Technicians in several faculties: the Faculty of Science and Data Analytics, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and Intelligent Informatics, the Faculty of Marine Technology, and the Faculty of Medicine and Health, plus one Auditor position in the Internal Audit Office and one Administrative Officer in the Directorate of Human Resources and Organization. The vacancy is open to D3, D4 and S1 graduates aged 18‑35 as of 1 November 2026, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from an A‑ or Excellent‑accredited university. FINANCIAL YEAR 2026

To satisfy the requirement for Functional Contract Educational Personnel (PKF) within the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), we hereby announce that ITS will conduct a recruitment of Functional Contract Educational Personnel (PKF) in the year 2026. The qualifications and selection procedures for the recruitment are outlined below:

II. REQUIREMENTS
A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesian citizen who worships the One Supreme God, is loyal and obedient to the Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Not affiliated with ideologies that contradict the Pancasila ideology;
3. Physically and mentally healthy;
4. Does not consume or use narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other addictive substances;
5. Has good conduct and has never been sentenced to imprisonment or detention based on a court decision that has permanent legal force for committing a criminal offence;
6. Has never been dismissed honorably (not at own request) or dishonorably as a civil servant, civil service candidate, civil service contract worker, TNI soldier, POLRI member, state‑owned enterprise employee, or has been dismissed dishonorably as a private sector employee;
7. Does not hold the status of civil servant, civil service candidate, civil service contract worker, TNI soldier, POLRI member, and/or is not bound by an employment contract or service agreement with any institution;
8. Is not currently pursuing education or training with a scholarship that includes a service or mandatory work obligation;
9. Is not a member or treasurer of a political party or involved in practical politics;
10. Meets the educational qualifications and other requirements specified for the position applied for;
11. Is at least 18 years old and at most 35 years old on 1 November 2026. For the Auditor position (T16), the maximum age is 30 years (as per Special Qualification in Section I);
12. Is willing to enter into an employment contract with ITS for a minimum of two years if selected as a Functional Contract Educational Personnel (PKF);
13. Is ready to commence duties at ITS in April 2027 or at a time determined by ITS.

B. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

1. Has educational qualifications that match the requirements of the position, as evidenced by an diploma, under the following conditions:
   • a. For graduates of domestic higher education institutions, the university must be A‑ or Excellent‑accredited and the study program must be at least B‑ or Good‑once accredited at the time of graduation;
   • b. For graduates of overseas higher education institutions, the diploma must have been equated by an authorized official;
   • c. Applicants who are awaiting graduation may attach a certificate of expected graduation from their university.
2. Meets the Cumulative Grade Point Average (IPK) requirement of at least 3.00 on a 0‑4 scale. For the Auditor position (T16), the required IPK is at least 3.25 from an A‑accredited university (as per Special Qualification in Section I);
3. Meets the specific qualifications required for the position applied for.

III. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
A. ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Applicants must have an active email address to participate in the recruitment process.
2. Applicants create an account on the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id by following the instructions and steps to fill out the online registration form.
3. Applicants log in to the created account on https://recruitment.its.ac.id using the registered email address and password.
4. Applicants fill in the data and upload the required application documents and finalize the registration no later than 28 December 2026 at 15.00 WIB.
5. Applicants must ensure that all entered data and uploaded documents are complete, correct, and readable (errors in uploading documents may result in the applicant not passing the administrative screening).
6. One applicant may only register for one position.
7. Applicants who successfully register online will undergo an administrative evaluation by the committee.
8. Only applicants with complete data and documents will be processed for administrative evaluation.
9. The committee is entitled to call a limited number of applicants for further selection.

B. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

1. Applicants must upload a colour scan of the original required documents, including:

   • e. Accreditation certificate of the university and study program or a screen capture from the website https://service.banpt.or.id/bianglala/bianglala.php corresponding to the graduation date stated on the diploma. For overseas graduates, a decree of equivalence and assessment of the diploma from an authorized official must be attached.    • f. Curriculum vitae (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • g. Recent passport‑size photo in formal attire with a white background (4×6 cm). The photo must be an official front‑facing half‑body image (similar to that on diplomas/official documents), not a full‑body photo (JPG/PNG, max. 300 KB);
   • h. Original sworn statement on a Rp10 000 stamp paper according to the attached format (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • i. Certificate of physical health from a government‑run clinic (minimum Puskesmas) that is still valid for a maximum of six months from the date of issuance (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • j. TPA/TKDA certificate with a minimum score of 450, valid for up to two years from the test date, issued by ITS, UNAIR, UNPAD, UI, BAPPENAS, or any official institution affiliated with PLTI or HIMPSI (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • k. English proficiency certificate (TOEFL/IELTS) with a minimum score of 450, valid for up to two years from the test date, issued by a university or an official institution recognized by ETS (Educational Testing Service). Prediction test, simulation test, or any similar simulated test results are not acceptable (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • l. Proof of work experience, if any (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
   • m. Proof of training, if any (PDF, max. 1000 KB);
2. All application documents must be uploaded via the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id no later than 28 December 2026 at 15.00 WIB.
3. Hardcopy application documents must be submitted to the committee when the applicant is declared selected.

IV. SELECTION PROCESS
A. SELECTION STAGES

1. Administrative screening;
2. Psychometric test (Psychotest);
3. Final selection comprising:
   • a. National insight test (Seleksi Wawasan Kebangsaan – SWK);
   • b. Competency test (Seleksi Kompetensi Bidang – SKB);
   • c. Interview with top management.

B. SELECTION PROVISIONS

1. Applicants must attend each selection stage according to the schedule set by the committee.
2. During selection, applicants must present a valid participant card and an original KTP or other valid identity card.
3. The participant card can be downloaded from the applicant’s account on the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id after the applicant passes the administrative screening.
4. If an applicant does not appear or is unable to attend a selection stage for any reason at the specified time and place, they will be considered withdrawn and will not be declared as having passed the selection.
5. If there are changes to the selection schedule, the information will be communicated via email and/or the applicant’s account on the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id.
6. Applicants must regularly check their email and account on the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id. Any oversight on the applicant’s part in reading the information is the applicant’s sole responsibility.

C. SELECTION RESULTS

2. Only applicants who have passed each stage are eligible to proceed to the next stage.

V. DETERMINATION OF PASSAGE
A. Passing Criteria

1. Applicants are considered passed based on an integrated result, psychotest score, SWK score, SKB score, and interview score with top management.
2. The final announcement of passage will be made only via the website https://recruitment.its.ac.id.
3. The decision of the Selection Committee is final and cannot be challenged.
4. Selected applicants must complete/submit hardcopy documents and attend the document submission session according to the schedule.
5. Selected applicants must commence duties at ITS in April 2027 or at a time determined by ITS.

VI. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. Every applicant is required to comply with and follow all selection rules and requirements set forth.
2. If it is subsequently found that an applicant has provided false or inaccurate data or has manipulated data, the applicant’s passage will be declared null and void and/or the applicant will be dismissed as a Functional Contract Educational Personnel (PKF) of ITS.
3. Applicants who withdraw after being declared as having passed the selection must submit a written withdrawal statement signed on an Rp10 000 stamp paper.
4. If an applicant accepted as a PKF of ITS withdraws before the two‑year service period is completed, they will be subject to a penalty equal to the highest amount of Rp50 000 000 (fifty million rupiah) for the remaining period of the employment contract.
