TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – Residents of Tasikmalaya Regency can now propose social assistance for 2026 independently using a mobile phone. Applications for the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Non‑Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) can be submitted through the official Ministry of Social Affairs portal by leveraging the Digital Population Identification (IKD) system.
The application procedure was explained by the Department of Social Affairs, Population Control, Family Planning, Women’s Empowerment, and Child Protection (PPKBP3A) of Tasikmalaya Regency during a poverty‑data management workshop held at Deudeul Village Hall, Taraju District, on Monday (2/11/2026).
The gathering was attended by the sub‑district head, village chiefs, and operators of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIK‑NG) representing Electoral District (Dapil) 7.

The Head of the Protection and Social Security Division (Linjamsos) of the Tasikmalaya Regency Social Service PPKBP3A, Hj. Elis Gusmilah Ahadiyat, S.Sos., presented on poverty‑data management and the mechanism for applying for social assistance via the 2026 Perlinsos service.
“Through this system, people have the opportunity to apply as potential beneficiaries without first having to visit the village office,” she said.
Elis explained that applicants can use a mobile phone to access the official Perlinsos portal of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Applicants must possess an active IKD account for identity verification purposes.
During registration, individuals can select the type of assistance they wish to apply for—PKH, BPNT, or both if available in the system.
Before accessing the service, applicants should prepare their National Identification Number (NIK), electronic ID card (KTP), Family Card (KK), and an active IKD account.
After logging in successfully, applicants can choose the desired assistance program, fill in required information, and then submit the request.
“The registration number that appears should be saved as proof of submission and to facilitate status checks,” she noted.
Gerindra’s mobile doctors visited Cineam, Tasikmalaya, offering free medical treatment to hundreds of residents; when schools become unsafe, Indonesian MP Ahmad Doli Kurnia highlighted bullying cases that have resulted in fatalities.
Nevertheless, Elis warned that independent applications do not automatically confer beneficiary status; every request still undergoes scrutiny and verification according to each program’s rules.
For those who are not comfortable using mobile phones or have difficulty accessing the IKD, the application process can be assisted by a Perlinsos Agent. This officer can help residents complete data entry and submit their applications. Information on this assistance is available from the village government.
