Available Position : Legal Assistant
Handles corporate legal affairs and compliance, encompassing drafting and reviewing agreements, issuing legal opinions, supporting corporate actions (such as mergers, roll‑ups, divestitures, share transfers, KSO, and asset collaborations), establishing and harmonizing internal regulations, and monitoring compliance risks against applicable laws and state‑owned enterprise/DAM requirements. The role also supervises the implementation of good corporate governance and integrity programs, including SMAP ISO 37001, gratification control, conflict of interest management, integrity pacts, and LHKPN, ensuring that all corporate decisions and transactions are firmly grounded in law and comply with relevant provisions.
General Qualifications:

- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a state university
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) from a private or foreign university
- Never involved in bribery, illegal gratification, fraud, or corruption offenses (to be attested by a statement)

Special Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree in Law/Notary Studies (preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate law and/or compliance, covering handling of agreements, legal opinions, or compliance/GCG programs (experience outside these areas will not be considered)
- Proficient in company law, state-owned enterprise law, and contract law, with an understanding of GCG frameworks and compliance programs
- Familiar with ISO 37001, gratification regulations, conflict of interest rules, and LHKPN
- Holds PKPA/Advocate ID, legal/contract drafting certification, ISO 37001 certification, or Integrity Development Specialist certification (preferred)
