OPEN RECRUITMENT FOR MEDICAL AND HEALTH PERSONNEL UNDER SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT PROGRAM III OF 2026
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia once again invites the nation’s best sons and daughters to join as Medical and Health Personnel for the Special Assignment Program III of 2026, under the following requirements:
A. Types of Positions Required
- Physician
- Dentist
- Community Health Worker, with preference for those specializing in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science
- Environmental Health Worker, with preference for those specializing in Environmental Sanitation
- Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Pharmacy Worker, with preference for Pharmacists
- Nutritionist, with preference for Nutrition Experts
- Dental and Oral Therapist
B. Requirements
- Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Indonesian citizen.
- Preferred maximum age: a. 35 (thirty-five) years for physicians and dentists; b. 30 (thirty) years for other health workers.
- Not currently bound by a work agreement or contract with any government or private institution.
- Not holding the status of civil servant candidate, civil servant, TNI/POLRI member candidate, or TNI/POLRI member.
- Not currently enrolled in an educational program.
- Female applicants must not be pregnant.
- Physical fitness, evidenced by health examination results, laboratory tests, and chest X‑ray, to be submitted during the second stage selection according to the scheduled timetable.
- Mental fitness, demonstrated by psychological or aptitude test results conducted by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Health, to be submitted during the second stage selection according to the scheduled timetable.
- Free from the misuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances, and other addictive substances.
- Good conduct, evidenced by a Police Record Certificate.
- Possess a valid Registration Certificate, except for health workers who have graduated from academic education and do not yet have a professional degree.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia according to the needs of the Ministry of Health.
- Registered as an active participant in the National Health Insurance Program, evidenced by an active BPJS Kesehatan card.
C. Registration
- Registration schedule: 11–15 September 2026.
- Registration and information: Registration is conducted online via the website: https://tugsusnakes.kemkes.go.id
- Documents to be uploaded during registration: a. Diploma; b. Transcript of records; c. Active Registration Certificate; d. Identity Card; e. Family Card; f. Active BPJS Kesehatan card; and g. Taxpayer Identification Number.

Information regarding the results of the Special Assignment selection will be communicated through each participant’s registration account.
D. Additional Provisions and Information
- Consideration will be given to applicants who are local sons or daughters of the placement location.
- The assignment will be carried out for a period of 2 (two) years.
- Applicants must ensure that all data and documents submitted during registration are complete, accurate, and accountable.
- Questions and assistance requests can be submitted via the FAQ or Message menu on the registration account.
- All official information regarding the recruitment process will only be provided through the official Special Assignment page of the Ministry of Health.
Applicants are advised to be cautious of any false information and fraud perpetrated under the name of the Ministry of Health. The entire recruitment process is free of charge and will be carried out in accordance with the regulations.
