This opportunity is open to S1 graduates with at least two years of work experience in relevant fields.
Perum DAMRI is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the road transportation sector that has been established since November 25, 1946, after the issuance of a Decree from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia which tasked the company to operate passenger and cargo transportation on roads using motor vehicles. Headquartered in Jakarta, DAMRI now has 4 Regional Divisions and 44 branch offices spread across Indonesia, with a vision to become a world‑class road transportation company with excellent and sustainable performance. Its business scope expanded further after Perum PPD was officially merged into Perum DAMRI based on Government Regulation Number 30 of 2023 dated June 6, 2023, which transferred all rights, obligations, and assets of Perum PPD to become DAMRI’s property.

Qualifications:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have two years of work experience in a related field.
- Understand business development, marketing strategy, sales, partnership, and product/service development.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Be target‑oriented, focused on revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Be proactive, persuasive, capable of building relationships, and ready to work with high targets and mobility.
- Having supporting certificates is considered an advantage.

Qualifications:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and have two years of work experience in a related field.
- Understand asset/property management, sales strategy, pricing, logistics, and business development.
- Possess good negotiation, business development, market analysis, and commercial thinking skills.
- Be able to optimize non‑productive assets into new business opportunities.
- Having supporting certificates is considered an advantage.
