REGARDING THE SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY AT THE REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL OF KARANGASEM REGENCY IN 2026

Basic:

1. Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2010 concerning the Determination of RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem as a Regional Public Service Agency
2. Regent Regulation Number 25 of 2023 concerning the Procurement of Human Resources at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem and Community Health Centers, as amended by Regent Regulation Number 25 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Regent Regulation Number 25 of 2023

B. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements:

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI)
2. Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 50 years at the time of registration
3. Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
4. Statement consisting of:
• a. Never dismissed dishonorably as civil servant, honorary employee, or private employee
• b. Not holding the position of Civil Servant or BLUD Administrator
• c. Not being a member or administrator of a political party
• d. Willing to undergo a health test at own expense
• e. If accepted as a BLUD Employee at RSUD Karangasem, willing to be placed in the required service unit
5. Copy of diploma and transcript officially legalized by authorized official
6. Police Certificate of Record (SKCK) that is still valid
7. Certificate of Physical Health from a Government Agency
8. Certificate of Mental Health and Certificate of Drug-Free from RSUD Karangasem after passing competency test
9. Recent color passport photo size 4×6 with red background, name written on back (2 copies)

Specific Requirements:

1. Copy of Registration Certificate (STR) for health workers that is still valid
2. Attach work experience letter according to profession if any
3. Attach Training Certification (within the last five years)

C. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Registration starts on 7 to 9 September 2026 on working days and working hours at the Auditorium Yudistira 2 RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem (Management Room Floor 3)
2. Registration is conducted directly at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem by the applicant (cannot be delegated)
3. Applicant brings and submits the following files:
• a. Application letter addressed to the Director of RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem with Rp10,000 stamp duty (format as per example)
• b. Recent color passport photo size 4×6 with red background, name written on back (2 copies)
• c. Copy of diploma and transcript legalized by authorized official
• d. Copy of KTP
• e. Police Certificate of Record (SKCK) that is still valid
• f. Copy of Registration Certificate (STR) that is still valid for health workers
• g. Statement with Rp10,000 stamp duty (format as per example)
• h. Certificate of Physical Health from a Government Agency
• i. Curriculum vitae signed by the participant
• j. Copy of training certificate (if any)
• k. Copy of work experience letter (if any)
• l. All files arranged in the order above and placed in a folder with the following specifications:
• For Doctor and Specialist positions: red folder
• For Nurse and Dental Nurse positions: blue folder
• For Medical Physicist and Physiotherapist positions: green folder
• For Health Administrator and Data and Information Processor/Operational Service Organizer positions: yellow folder
• m. On the outer side of the folder write the participant’s name and the type of position applied for in capital letters

D. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. Each applicant is only allowed to apply for 1 (one) type of position
2. The selection committee does not accept supplementary document requirements or re-registration of the applicant

4. Announcement of Competency Selection Schedule: 21 September 2026, on the website and social media of RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
5. Competency Selection Implementation:
• Written test: 22 September 2026 at 08.00 WITA, at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
• Announcement of Competency Selection Results: 24 September 2026, on the website and social media of RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
6. Health Examination Implementation: 25 – 26 September 2026 at 08.00 WITA, at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
7. Interview: 28 September 2026, at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem

2. Items to bring during Competency Selection are: Participant Identification Card (participants who do not bring the Participant Identification Card are not allowed to take the exam/disqualified) and Identity Card (KTP)
3. During competency selection, participants must wear a white shirt and black skirt/pants
4. Participants are prohibited from smoking, bringing calculation aids, and activating communication devices (handphones, etc.) during competency selection
5. Participants must be on time as per announcement; participants who are not present for any reason are considered to have resigned and declared disqualified
6. Applicants are declared to have passed the competency selection if they meet the ranking according to 2 (two) times the number of needs for each type of position
7. Final selection score weighting: 50% competency test score, 50% interview score

F. OTHER MATTERS

1. The entire selection process for BLUD Employee Procurement at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem is free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism
2. The employee procurement process for RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem BLUD does not incur any costs except for health examinations which are the responsibility of participants who have passed the competency selection
3. Health examination costs are paid via non-cash transaction (Qris or transfer to the BLUD RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem account)
4. Health examination documents become the property of the Selection Committee for BLUD Employee Procurement at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
5. Applicants found to have cheated are declared disqualified
6. All documents submitted become the property of the Selection Committee for BLUD Employee Procurement at RSUD Kabupaten Karangasem
