TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – The Community Service Team (PkM) from the Informatics Department, in cooperation with the Nutrition and Civil Engineering Departments of Universitas Siliwangi (Unsil), has implemented digital health services at the Kahuripan Health Center in Tasikmalaya City.

The initiative titled “Optimalization of Health Services through the Implementation of SiJeJar: Integrated Reporting System for Networks” was held at the Kahuripan Health Center Auditorium, funded by Universitas Siliwangi’s 2026 DIPA budget.

SiJeJar was created to improve the efficiency of hierarchical health reporting, linking data from integrated community health posts and health facilities to the health center. The system enables faster, more accurate data presentation and real‑time monitoring for evaluation purposes.

The head of Kahuripan Health Center, H. Asep Rahmadiana, praised the technology adoption by the Unsil Community Service Team. He noted that digitization can help reduce physical administrative bureaucracy, which has traditionally consumed time.

The leader of Unsil’s Community Service Team, Siti Yuliyanti, stated that SiJeJar was designed to be user‑friendly for health workers and networks within the service area of Kahuripan Health Center.

“Our goal is that this data integration and visualization not only accelerates reporting but also becomes a primary instrument for health‑center management to make accurate clinical decisions and community health policies based on data,” Siti Yuliyanti said.

The event continued with a training session and live demonstration of SiJeJar, led by Vega Purwayoga and Azmi. A total of 25 health professionals—including doctors, midwives, nurses, and administrative staff from Kahuripan Health Center—participated in the workshop.

A team of lecturers and students—Yusrima, Zakwan, and Latif—provided hands‑on technical guidance. Participants were coached through a simulation of data entry that culminated in displaying health graphs on the dashboard.

With SiJeJar’s implementation, Kahuripan Health Center is expected to deliver faster, more transparent, and data‑driven health services. The program is also intended to serve as a model for other health centers across Tasikmalaya City. (rls)
