REGARDING THE SELECTION OF BLUD CONTRACT EMPLOYEES AT RSUD OF MELAWI REGENCY IN 2026

To meet human resource needs and support service development plans at RSUD Kabupaten Melawi, it is hereby announced that the hospital will hold a BLUD Contract Employee Recruitment, with educational qualifications and positions detailed in this announcement.

I. Required Positions

1. Nurse

• Undergraduate Nursing Degree: 5 positions
• Diploma in Nursing: 2 positions

2. Midwife

• Diploma in Midwifery: 2 positions

3. Pharmacist

• Undergraduate plus Pharmacist: 2 positions

4. Assistant Pharmacist

• Diploma in Pharmacy: 1 position

5. IPSRS (Operational Service Operator)

• SMK / D3 Electrical/Electronics: 2 positions

6. Laundry (Operational Service Operator)

• Senior High School: 1 position

7. Deceased Care (Operational Service Operator)

• Senior High School: 1 position

II. Application Requirements and Conditions

1. General Requirements:

1. Signed curriculum vitae (Daftar Riwayat Hidup);
2. Typed and signed application letter (Surat lamaran);
3. Degree and transcript matching the applied position (Ijazah dan Transkip Nilai);
4. Identity card (KTP);
5. Copy of family card (KK);
6. Age between 18 and 35 years;
7. Two passport‑size photos (4×6 cm) with red background, wearing a formal white shirt with collar. For Muslim women, wear a black headscarf (jilbab);
8. Police clearance certificate (SKCK);
9. Attach certificates of any training courses attended;
10. Specifically for native sons and daughters of Melawi Regency;
11. Attach a medical certificate issued by RSUD Melawi;
12. All documents must be placed in a blue accordion folder (map biola);

1. Valid Registration Certificate (STR) for Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacists, and Assistant Pharmacists;
2. Attach BTCLS training certificate (for Nurses);
3. Minimum one year work experience (for Midwives and Nurses);
4. University accreditation at least B at the time of graduation;
5. Attach Fardhu Kifayah certificate (for Deceased Care applicants);
6. Female gender (for Deceased Care applicants);
7. Male gender (for Laundry position applicants);

IV. Application Steps

1. Eligible candidates may apply by submitting the General and Specific Requirements to the Administrative Section of RSUD Kabupaten Melawi from 9 to 13 November 2026, between 09.00 and 15.00 WIB. Address: Jalan Kelakik Km. 4, Nanga Pinoh Subdistrict, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan.
2. Any other application methods besides those outlined in point (1) are invalid and will not be processed. Each applicant may apply for only one position in accordance with their educational qualifications. Submitted application files become the property of the Committee and cannot be reclaimed.

V. Selection Process

1. Administrative selection – The committee performs an administrative review by verifying and validating the submitted application documents. This review confirms that applications were received within the designated timeframe. Applications that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements are deemed to have failed the administrative stage. The outcomes of this review and the schedule for the CAT test, practical assessment, and interview will be announced on the hospital’s official social media channels and website.
2. The CAT test consists of 100 questions and must be completed within 90 minutes.
3. The minimum passing score for the CAT is 70 (seventy) for all positions.
4. Following the CAT, candidates will undergo a practical test and an interview.
5. The CAT score will be combined with the practical test and interview scores.
6. Based on the combined scores, a ranking will be generated in line with the announced number of openings for each position.
7. Successful candidates for the BLUD Contract position at RSUD Kabupaten Melawi are those who pass all stages: administrative selection, CAT (Computer Assisted Test), practical test, and interview.

VI. Force Majeure Clause

1. The committee reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule any phase of the selection process (including moving candidates to an alternate session) should a Force Majeure event occur.
2. Force Majeure is understood to include, but not be limited to: a. Significant technical failures affecting the central registration server or the agency’s CAT system; b. Extensive power cuts at the testing site that cannot be resolved with backup generators; c. Natural calamities, unrest, or other emergencies declared by relevant authorities that make the selection site inaccessible.
3. Personal technical difficulties, such as home internet problems, device malfunctions, or failure to review the schedule, are not classified as Force Majeure and remain the applicant’s responsibility.
4. Details about any rescheduling caused by Force Majeure will be announced exclusively via the agency’s official social media accounts and website.

VII. Other Matters

1. There is no fee for participating in the BLUD Contract Employee Selection.
2. RSUD Kabupaten Melawi is not liable for any unauthorized charges imposed by individuals purporting to act on behalf of the hospital or the selection committee.
3. The decision of the BLUD Contract Employee Selection Team at RSUD Kabupaten Melawi is final and binding.
