Soedarso adalah rumah sakit daerah yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, berlokasi di Jalan Dr. Soedarso Nomor 1, Kelurahan Bangka Belitung, Pontianak, dengan luas lahan mencapai 26,63 hektare. Rumah sakit ini berawal dari pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan pada tahun anggaran 1969/1970 yang awalnya bernama RSUD Provinsi Sungai Raya, diresmikan pada 10 Juli 1973 dengan 60 tempat tidur dan 27 karyawan. Melalui Keputusan Gubernur Kalimantan Barat Nomor 181 Tahun 1976, namanya diubah menjadi RS Dokter Soedarso, mengambil nama dari tokoh pejuang di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan di Kalimantan Barat, dan diresmikan oleh Menteri Kesehatan RI pada 24 November 1976, tanggal yang kini diperingati sebagai hari ulang tahun rumah sakit.

Kini RSUD dr. Soedarso berstatus sebagai rumah sakit kelas A dan merupakan rujukan tertinggi di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, setelah Kementerian Kesehatan meningkatkan klasifikasinya dari B menjadi A pada tahun 2022. Rumah sakit ini juga berstatus sebagai Rumah Sakit Rujukan Nasional dengan Akreditasi Paripurna dari Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit, serta menjadi rumah sakit pendidikan yang bekerja sama dengan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Dengan visi menjadi rumah sakit terbaik, mandiri, dan profesional, RSUD dr. Soedarso terus mengembangkan fasilitasnya, mulai dari dua menara rawat inap setinggi enam lantai yang diresmikan pada 2022 hingga gedung radioterapi dan layanan jantung. Sebagai Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD), rumah sakit ini secara berkala membuka lowongan kerja untuk staf BLUD dari berbagai tenaga profesional lainnya guna meningkatkan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Kalimantan Barat.

REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RECRUITMENT OF BLUD EMPLOYEES ORIGINATING FROM OTHER PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL AT RSUD dr. SOEDARSO WEST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE IN 2026

Based on West Kalimantan Provincial Regulation No. 20 of 2023 dated 8 May 2023 concerning the Management of Human Resources originating from Other Professional Personnel at BLUD RSUD dr. Soedarso, RSUD dr. Soedarso of West Kalimantan Province hereby offers the opportunity for Indonesian citizens to become BLUD employees who will be assigned within the environment of RSUD dr. Soedarso of West Kalimantan Province, with the educational qualifications and positions as detailed in this announcement.

B. REQUIREMENTS AND REGISTRATION TERMS

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Indonesian citizen (proved by Identity Card);
• Minimum age 18 years and maximum 35 years on the closing date of registration, 11 September 2026;
• Not holding the status of a Civil Servant;
• Never been sentenced to imprisonment;
• Hold educational qualification as required for each position;
• Good conduct; and
• Physically and mentally healthy.

2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Submit a signed application letter and a signed Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Culpable, honest, having moral integrity, capability, and a good reputation;
• Graduate from an accredited study program with a minimum accreditation B / Good or better at the time of graduation;
• Never dismissed dishonorably from any institution, agency, department, or private entity;
• Priority given to those who have completed relevant training matching the applied position (certificates attached/ uploaded in registration);
• For health personnel, must have a valid Registration Certificate (STR) matching the applied position.

4. REGISTRATION STAGES

1. Registration is only possible through the link https://umparsudarsokalbar.github.io/Pend-blud-rsds-2026/ in accordance with the stipulated procedure.
2. In addition to the mechanism described in point 1, registration via other mechanisms is considered invalid and will not be processed. Each applicant is allowed to register for only one (1) position matching their educational qualification. Submitted registration files become the property of the Committee and will not be returned.
3. Documents that must be uploaded by applicants neatly and clearly in scanned PDF colour format, original documents, consist of:
• a. General Requirements
• Identity Card (KTP);
• Police Statement Letter (SKCK) from the Police that is still valid;
• Diploma and transcript of grades according to the applied position.
• b. Special Requirements
• Application letter addressed to the Director of RSUD dr. Soedarso with signature
• Signed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Copy of study program accreditation at least B/Good or better (at the time of graduation)
• STR for health personnel
• 4×6 cm passport photo with red background, wearing white collared shirt; for women, wearing black hijab
• Certification of training / work experience according to the applied position, as follows:
• Vocational Nurse / Nurse / Specialist Nurse: must attach BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) certificate, may attach other certificates supporting specific expertise such as haemodialysis (dialysis), wound care, infection prevention and control (PPI), etc.
• Cathlab Radiographer: attach cardiovascular training certificate
• Radiology Technical Radiographer: attach radiology technician training certificate
• Operating Room Anesthesia Technician: attach anesthesia and surgery service training certificate
• Medical Laboratory Technology Specialist: attach phlebotomy certificate
• Pharmacist / Specialist Pharmacist: attach clinical pharmacy training certificate
• Accounting Data Processor: must attach at least 1 year work experience letter in accounting field signed by a leader or authorized official in a government agency, business entity, company, or institution that has legal legitimacy and/or operational permit according to applicable laws, with attached format
• Data Processor: must attach at least 1 year work experience letter in administration field signed by a leader or authorized official in a government agency, business entity, company, or institution that has legal legitimacy and/or operational permit according to applicable laws, with attached format
• Welding Technician: must attach education and training certificate in welding field
4. Documents must be uploaded during registration according to the stipulations. Documents must be complete and any deficiencies cannot be proposed through any mechanism. Applicants who upload incomplete documents and/or do not meet specifications/requirements will be declared ineligible.

5. IMPLEMENTATION OF SELECTION

1. The Committee conducts an administrative selection consisting of verification and validation of the submitted registration files. Administrative selection only validates files submitted by applicants in accordance with the specified filing period. Incomplete or non‑compliant files are declared ineligible for the administrative selection. Results of the administrative selection will be announced on the official website of RSUD dr. Soedarso of West Kalimantan Province.
2. Stages of selection — Administrative Selection:
• Administrative score is given to participants who pass the file verification
• Competency score is given to participants who have a certificate matching competency (certificates uploaded as per special requirements above)
• Administrative score is the score given to participants who pass file verification with a weight of 10 points
• Competency score is given specifically to health personnel who have a certificate matching competency with a weight of 1 to 10 points, according to: duration 30–80 JP receives 3 points; duration 81–160 JP receives 5 points; duration 161–480 JP receives 7 points; and duration above 480 JP receives 10 points
3. The CAT (Computer Assisted Test) consists of 60 questions (with a total score of 60 points), namely 30 basic competency test questions (managerial and socio‑cultural) and 30 technical competency questions. Completion time is 60 minutes.
4. CAT assessment will be added to administrative and competency scores.
5. Based on the assessment results from point 4, ranking will be conducted according to the number of needed positions announced for recruitment.
6. Participants who pass as per point 5 will undergo Physical and Mental Health Examination. The results will be considered if there are contagious diseases (TB, HIV, etc.), congenital heart disease, and other diseases that may interfere with the performance of BLUD employees in carrying out their duties and functions.
7. Participants declared ineligible for Physical and Mental Health Examination will be replaced by the next highest scoring participant.
8. Participants declared to have passed the selection as BLUD Employees of RSUD dr. Soedarso are those who pass both administrative‑competency tests, CAT, Physical and Mental Health Examination, and Orientation period.

6. ACCEPTANCE AND PLACEMENT OF BLUD EMPLOYEES

1. Participants who pass all selection stages are declared accepted as BLUD Employees.
2. Announcement of accepted BLUD Employees will be posted on the website of RSUD dr. Soedarso.
3. Participants declared accepted as BLUD Employees will undergo the employee acceptance process, namely Report to Work, Documentation Process, Induction, and Placement at the specified time.

7. FORCE MAJEURE PROVISIONS

1. The Committee has the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule selection stages (including accommodating participants into other sessions) if a Force Majeure event occurs.
2. The definition of Force Majeure in this recruitment process includes but is not limited to:
• Massive technical disruptions to the central registration server or the CAT system owned by the Institution/Committee
• Mass power outages in the examination location that cannot be handled by backup power (genset)
• Natural disasters, riots, or other emergency situations declared by authorized authorities causing the selection location to be inoperable
3. Any technical obstacles of a personal or individual nature, such as internet connectivity issues on the applicant’s personal service provider, damage to the applicant’s gadget/computer, or the applicant’s negligence in reading the schedule, are not considered Force Majeure events and are fully the responsibility of the applicant.
4. Information regarding rescheduling due to Force Majeure will be officially announced only through the Institution’s official portal/website.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. BLUD Employee recruitment selection is free of charge in any form.
2. All applicants are advised not to respond to offers and communications from anyone promising to provide convenience, guarantee of passing, CAT questions, and access to communication with RSUD dr. Soedarso and/or the Selection Committee.
3. RSUD dr. Soedarso is not responsible for any form of extortion by any individual acting on behalf of RSUD dr. Soedarso or the Selection Committee.
4. The Selection Committee conducts administrative selection consisting of verification and validation of submitted registration files. Files that are incomplete, do not meet requirements, and exceed the registration deadline are declared ineligible for the administrative selection.
5. Throughout the selection process, applicants are obliged to proactively monitor announcements on the website of RSUD dr. Soedarso of West Kalimantan Province. Negligence in checking announcements is the responsibility of the applicant.
6. Multiple registrations are not permitted.
7. The Committee’s decision is absolute and cannot be challenged.
8. If at any selection stage or after being declared a winner, it is found that the applicant has provided false, fake, unlawful, or unverifiable data, information, or documents, including work experience letters, the Committee has the right to disqualify the applicant and/or cancel the winner’s status in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. The selection schedule may change at any time. Changes to the schedule will be announced through the website of RSUD dr. Soedarso (https://rsuddrsoedarso.kalbarprov.go.id/).
