Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Film Concert 2026 is now set to go global, as its creators have unveiled the inaugural overseas show at Manhattan’s famous Carnegie Hall.

Details indicate the event will be staged at the historic Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, launching a short overseas tour. Tickets go on sale for the debut on October 4, 2026.

This overseas showcase follows the Japanese showing held on August 1 at Pacifico Yokohama National Hall. The program features a blend of footage from seasons one and two of the series, performed live by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra led by conductor Hirofumi Kurita.

Evan Call, the series’ longstanding composer, joined the event as a guest performer. Vocalist milet sang the opening and closing themes “Anytime Anywhere” and “The Story of Us” from the first and second seasons, backed by the orchestra.

Kanehito Yamada pen the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End manga, illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. The series has been featured in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday since April 2020. Readers can access it through Sunday Webry, Viz Media, and the Shogakukan Comic site, with the anime streamed on Crunchyroll.

Madhouse oversees the anime production. Season one was helmed by Keiichiro Saito, while Tomoya Kitagawa directed season two. Tomohiro Suzuki served as series composer. Reiko Nagasawa designed the characters, with chief animation direction by Yuri Fujinaka, Reiko Nagasawa, and Maru Takase. Evan Call created the soundtrack. A third season is slated for October 2027.
