Gacha Girls Corps is a light‑novel series penned by Chinkururi and illustrated by Yasutaka Isekawa. The story began as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro platform in January 2016. Later, Micro Magazine released nine physical volumes under its GC Novels label, spanning from November 2016 to August 2020.
The manga adaptation, illustrated by Syuu Haruno, started its run in Micro Magazine’s Comic Ride online magazine in March 2018. Kaiten Books has secured the English licensing rights and provides this description:
GUARANTEED EPIC ADVENTURE!
Looking for a truly out‑of‑this‑world escapade? We’ve got the gacha covered. Norl is a sleek, cutting‑edge heroine who stands head and shoulders above the rest. Heihachi, meanwhile, is the typical mobile gamer with a wallet that feels like a whale‑size hole.
One fateful day, he pulls an item that transports him to another realm, turning his life upside down with a single spin of the gacha.
After being swarmed by monsters and left with no other choice, Heihachi does what he does best—play the gacha! To his astonishment, his entire unit materializes right before his eyes. He’s used to seeing cute girls on his phone screen, but never one that pops out of it!
Follow his journey as he hunts for OP UR QTs—aka Overpowered Ultra Rare Cuties!
