Tsujita Artisan Noodle has unveiled a partnership with the Umamusume: Pretty Derby franchise. The Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume collaboration will be active from November 12 through December 20 across the Houston, Fort Lee, and Downtown Los Angeles venues. Participating locations will present anime‑themed dishes, exclusive merchandise, and complimentary treats.
The Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume merchandise lineup will be on offer. Purchases are capped at two pieces per guest and can only be collected onsite. Guests will also receive a complimentary coaster.
The collaboration’s menu features the following dishes:
- Cheerful Carrot & Strawberry Float — A delightful beverage combining strawberry ice cream, carrot, and mango, finished with strawberry jam and a carrot‑shaped ribbon. The color scheme honors Haru Urara.
- Sweet & Spicy Purple Bun Set — A hearty combo of house‑style pork chashu and crispy chicken buns, accompanied by cabbage slaw. It pays homage to Rice Shower’s morning love of bread instead of rice.
- Upside-Down Fried Chicken Bowl — Designed for Oguri Cap, the ferocious Umamusume eater, this dish includes classic fried chicken, sweet corn, green onions, and a savory sauce atop a generous rice portion.
- Golden Spicy Cheese Miso Ramen (available November 12 to 30) — A fiery miso broth tribute to Special Week and her Hokkaido heritage, adorned with a carrot‑shaped garnish, pork chashu, grilled corn, seasoned egg, melted cheese, and menma.
- Majestic Cajun Seafood Tsukemen (available December 1 to 20) — A robust Cajun broth blending seafood and pork, featuring mussels, shrimp, corn, sausage, bell peppers, lime, and spices. It celebrates Fine Motion, the Umamusume enthusiast of Irish ramen.
Second row showcases the Golden Spicy Cheese Miso Ramen and Majestic Cajun Seafood Tsukemen (Limited Availability Items).
The Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume partnership marks the restaurant’s newest anime‑themed project. Earlier joint ventures have highlighted Genshin Impact, Captain Tsubasa, and BLEACH.
