- Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale 4.00) from a state university or 3.25 (scale 4.00) from a private/foreign university.
- Never involved in bribery, illegal gratification, fraud, or acts of corruption (proof required via statement).
1. Assistant Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
- Minimum education: bachelor’s degree (S1) or diploma in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Financial Management. Master’s degree in Accounting is an advantage.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in audit, internal control over financial reporting, or risk management, ICOFR/SOX (experience outside these functions is not considered).
- Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or in implementing ICOFR in state-owned enterprises is an advantage.
- Proficient in COSO 2013, able to understand and prepare ICOFR stages, ICOFR design, create Business Process Mapping (BPM), Risk Control Matrix (RCM), and reporting.
- Understanding the three-lines-of-defense governance principle and the risk management process flow in state-owned enterprises.
- Knowledge of financial accounting based on the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and control within the SAP system, including IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Possession of audit/risk management certifications such as CA/CPA, CIA/QIA, CRMP, or CISA is an advantage.
2. Assistant ERP/SAP, Data Analytics, and AI Engineer
- Minimum education: bachelor’s degree (S1) or diploma in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in information systems, SAP ERP, data analytics, or AI/machine learning, including handling SQL-based data processing and/or developing AI solutions (experience outside these functions is not considered).
- Familiarity with ABAP programming is an advantage.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of machine learning and development of LLM-based applications (RAG, AI model API integration).
- Possession of SAP, data analytics, or AI/machine learning certifications is an advantage.
- Present a portfolio of data/AI projects/solutions previously built (GitHub or project documentation).
