Rekrutmen Komnas Perempuan November 2026

Thecuy.com – The National Commission on Violence against Women, known as Komnas Perempuan, is an independent state institution in Indonesia tasked with upholding women’s human rights. The agency was established in 1998 following pressure from civil society, especially women’s movements, for the state to take responsibility for the sexual violence experienced by women during the May 1998 tragedy. Since then, Komnas Perempuan has become a national human rights mechanism specifically focused on addressing violence against women.

In carrying out its mandate, Komnas Perempuan engages in monitoring, recording complaints, conducting studies, and formulating policy recommendations to the government and relevant state agencies. The organization also builds partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, including civil society organizations, service agencies, survivor communities, and government institutions. The goal is to create a safe and equitable environment for women across all spheres of life, both in public spaces and within families.

To reinforce these efforts, Komnas Perempuan is currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Coordinator for the Development of Violence‑Free Areas in State Institutions, Community Organizations, and Families.
