According to reports, this agency is also expected to become a base for CBX— a trio made up of Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin— to carry out their future activities.

Baekhyun established B.ON Entertainment on September 18, 2026, and is listed as the company’s CEO. The agency initially registered Baekhyun’s home address as its headquarters before moving its registered address on October 22, 2026.
This step is considered part of the company’s preparation to commence operations. Additionally, a professional who previously managed CBX’s former agency is also said to have joined the new company.
The emergence of B.ON Entertainment has sparked speculation that the three CBX members are laying down a new foundation to conduct their activities independently.

A representative from B.ON Entertainment confirmed that Chen, Baekhyun, dan Xiumin plan to collaborate through the company, even though a specific contract among them has not yet been signed.
“Kami belum menandatangani kontrak khusus, tapi benar bahwa CBX akan bekerja sama melalui perusahaan ini,” kata juru bicara B.ON Entertainment, dikutip dari Soompi pada Jumat, (30/10/2026).
The representative also explained that the company was established to simplify receipt of payments from small-scale activities and to manage tax matters.
Concrete activities through B.ON Entertainment are expected to commence after March 2027. However, the schedule and format of these activities have not yet been disclosed in detail.
Behind this plan, CBX is still embroiled in a dispute over an exclusive contract with their former agency, INB100.
Previously, the Seoul Central District Court granted a request to suspend the enforcement of the three members’ exclusive contracts in September 2026. This decision allowed them to conduct independent activities while the legal process unfolds.
However, the final status of their contracts still awaits the trial process. The first hearing concerning the lawsuit is scheduled for November 4, 2026.
