We Are Hiring Expert Staff for the Following Positions:

- Junior Programmer
- Social Media Specialist
- Accounting Specialist
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- 19 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
- Proficient in programming languages;
- Understanding of spreadsheet macros;
- Expertise in complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and query optimization;
- Ability to design ERDs, define relationships and keys, perform normalization, and create business‑oriented schemas;
- Deep mastery of at least one platform such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle;
- Skill to translate user requirements into data specifications, business rules, and validation criteria;
- Capable of identifying and managing duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent data, and establishing data quality checking rules;
- Understanding of indexing, execution plans, access rights, sensitive data protection, and backup/recovery concepts;
- Experience in developing Regional Goods applications is a plus;
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, Multimedia, or related fields;
- Preferred: experience creating content related to government, public services, education, or institutional communication;
- Ability to develop social media strategies, produce creative content, copywriting, and generate content ideas tailored to audience characteristics;
- Proficiency in design and editing applications for visual and video content, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools;
- Understanding of social media trends, basic digital platform algorithms, and capability to read and analyze insights to evaluate content performance;
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team;
- Must include a relevant portfolio of work;
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred concentration in Taxation/Finance);
- Understanding of calculations and mechanisms of Income Tax Article 21 for non-ASN employees (PPPK, PJLP, Honorer, Expert/Contract Staff);
- Understanding of income tax and VAT withholding/collection on institutional operational expenditures (Income Tax Articles 21, 22, 23, 4, such as meeting food/beverage expenses, rentals, and procurement of goods/services);
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Coretax DJP system for data input, withholding, processing, and analysis of accounting and tax data;
- Ability to analyze formulas, calculation logic, and business processes to support system evaluation and development;
- Capable of system testing and validation, identifying data discrepancies, and documenting analysis results;
- Understanding of accounting principles, management of Regional Goods, asset depreciation and valuation, and inventory recording is an advantage;
- Professional certification in accounting or taxation is an advantage;
- Ability to collaborate within a team;
Positions: 3
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Vue3, React, PHP, ASP;
- Familiarity with at least one framework for the mastered language;
- Expertise in optimizing AI usage;
- Proficient in version control using Git;
- Knowledge of standard CLI syntax for server OS operations and/or Remote Desktop;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Must include a relevant portfolio of work; and
- Experience in developing Regional Goods applications is preferred;
