TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – Some positions are contested. Others are awaited. And there are those that it is actually recommended to postpone.

The Supervisory Board of dr Soekardjo Regional Hospital in Tasikmalaya city falls into the latter category. That’s at least the message conveyed by a Tasikmalaya City Council member, H Denni Romdhony, after the controversy over the appointment of Asep Maman Permana as Supervisory Board (Dewas) of the government-run hospital continued to be discussed.

Finally, Denni spoke up. He didn’t directly say the appointment violated the rules. He also didn’t immediately approve all the process.

Activist: Diky often gets angry, bureaucracy is always wrong! He discusses the Galunggung geothermal project in Tasikmalaya, its impact threatens water availability.

But there is one sentence worth noting.“If the position of Dewas in the Regional General Hospital is not mandatory to fill, then postpone it first.” The sentence is short. No need for a long seminar to understand it.

If it’s not urgent, why rush? If the process has already caused controversy, why not pause for a moment to check again?

After all, the hospital won’t stop operating just because one Supervisory Board seat hasn’t been occupied.

Patients keep coming. Doctors keep working. Nurses keep on duty. Bills keep coming. What’s possibly needed to rest for a while is the controversy itself. Normative, says Denni.

Denni recounts that the DPRD has invited the executive party led by the Secretary of the Tasikmalaya City Regional Secretariat, H Asep Goparullah.

The agenda is clear: to request an explanation regarding the recruitment and appointment process of the Regional General Hospital’s Supervisory Board which has been widely discussed by the public.

The executive’s answer? According to Denni, they said that the entire process, from start to finish, had been carried out in accordance with the rules. “Normatif,” was how Denni described that explanation.

Buroner perpetrator of a fatal violence case in Tasikmalaya caught by police in NTT. Terrible and recurring, the illegal polling station on Lukmanul Hakim Street in Tasikmalaya city was fenced off.

That word sounds ordinary. But in bureaucratic controversy, the word normative sometimes becomes the start of new questions. Because the sentence “already in accordance with the rules” does not necessarily automatically end the debate.

There are still questions about how the rules are applied. How the stages are implemented. How the announcement is disseminated. And whether the time available is sufficient to carry out the process properly.

Denni highlighted two things: the announcement which, in his view, was less than maximal, and the inauguration process which seemed rushed in terms of time.

That’s Denni’s assessment of the process that occurred, not a legal conclusion that a maladministration has taken place. However, that’s precisely where the problem lies.
