Dahana manufactures explosives and related accessories at the Energetic Material Center (EMC) in Subang, featuring the Dayadet brand of non-electric detonators. On August 19, 2026, coinciding with the company’s 60th anniversary, Dahana introduced the DAYATRONIC Electronic Detonator and resumed operations at the Booster Plant in Subang through a joint operation partnership with DAK Energetics. This initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to enhance national self-sufficiency in the explosives industry.

PERSYARATAN UMUM
- Maximum age: 25 years for bachelor’s degree candidates and 28 years for master’s degree candidates.
- Minimum GPA: 3.00.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Active involvement in organizational activities.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in the following fields:
- Mining & Geosciences Engineering (Mining Engineering, Geophysics)
- Engineering & Sciences (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Machine/Mechatronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Information Technology (Informatics/Computer Science)
