- Conduct credit analysis and evaluate financing proposals to ensure healthy credit quality and appropriate risk mitigation.
- Prepare credit assessments, reports, and recommendations that are accurate, high‑quality, and delivered on time.
- Analyze and monitor customers’ financial performance, business profiles, and key credit indicators.
- Work closely with the Marketing team and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Possess strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, banking products, and banking operational processes.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in credit analysis for Commercial and/or Corporate Banking segments.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Be proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to supporting business growth.
- Be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
