Katekyo Hitman REBORN! anime has just unveiled a creditless version of its Episode 63 ending. This extra segment showcases the track “friend,” sung by the voice actors portraying Kyoko and Haru—Yuna Inamura and Hitomi Yoshida. The original IDOLING!!! rendition aired during episodes 39 through 51. This fresh clip forms part of the anime’s 20th‑year milestone festivities.
Following yesterday’s launch of the fifth ending theme titled “Sakura addiction” performed by Takashi Kondo and Toshinobu Iida, these new releases are part of “REBORN! MUSIC MONTH.” This month‑long September initiative celebrates the anime’s 20th anniversary. As announced earlier, the campaign will drop creditless versions of past theme sequences each day on the official YouTube channel.
Previously, these behind‑the‑scenes creditless cuts appeared only on physical discs of the show, never posted publicly. The newest installment can now be viewed beneath this note.
On September 1, the celebration kicked off with a curated 25‑song playlist that includes opening themes, ending themes, and assorted background scores from the television series.
Akira Amano’s manga debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in May 2004 and concluded in November 2012, culminating in 42 tankōbon volumes. The property was adapted into an anime that aired for 203 episodes from October 7, 2006, through September 25, 2010, produced by Studio Artland.
