Thecuy.com – RSUP Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah is Bali’s premier central referral hospital, originally called RSUP Sanglah. Construction started in 1956 and the facility was inaugurated by President Soekarno on 30 December 1959 with an initial capacity of 150 beds. On 7 July 2022 the hospital was officially renamed RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah in honour of Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah, the pioneering founder. Today RSUP Ngoerah holds the status of a Type‑A Teaching Hospital under the Ministry of Health and serves as the main referral centre for Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara.

As a teaching hospital partnered with the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, since 1962, RSUP Prof. dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah has earned international JCI accreditation (2013, 2017, 2019) and KARS accreditation, and was designated a Corruption‑Free Zone institution in 2020. PENERIMAAN PEGAWAI MITRA RSUP PROF. DR. I.G.N.G NGOERAH TAHUN 2026

RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah is inviting Indonesian citizens who demonstrate high integrity, dedication, and meet the specified requirements to be appointed as Partner Employees of the Central General Hospital Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah under the Ministry of Health.

I. LOWONGAN FORMASI DAN KUALIFIKASI JABATAN

1. Specialist Nurse (Ners) — 37 slots

• Maximum age 35 years
• Capable of operating a computer (office software)
• Holds a valid STR (Registration Certificate)
• Valid BHD/BTCLS/PPGD certificate, verified by a training certificate
• Minimum height 150 cm (female) and 155 cm (male)
• Preference given to candidates with a minimum GPA of 2.75 from a State University or 3.00 from a Private University

2. Skilled Nurse (D‑III Nursing) — 3 slots

• Maximum age 35 years
• Capable of operating a computer (office software)
• Holds a valid STR (Registration Certificate)
• Valid BHD/BTCLS/PPGD certificate, verified by a training certificate
• Minimum height 150 cm (female) and 155 cm (male)
• Preference given to candidates with a minimum GPA of 2.75 from a State University or 3.00 from a Private University

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesian citizen
2. Not a member or official of a political party, nor involved in practical politics
3. Never dismissed honorably at own request from any government position or dismissed dishonorably from a private-sector position
4. Never sentenced to imprisonment or detention by a court decision
5. Willing to be placed in any work unit within the Central General Hospital Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah
6. Meet educational qualification requirements with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for State Universities or 3.00 for Private Universities from a program accredited at level B (Very Good) or higher
7. For overseas university graduates, the diploma must be recognized and equated by the Directorate General of Higher Education, along with conversion of GPA to a 4‑point scale
8. Applicants for health‑care positions must hold a valid STR (Registration Certificate)

III. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

• A color scan of the original application letter addressed to the President Director of RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah, handwritten on black ink paper and signed with a Rp10,000 stamp, including a correspondence address and a reachable phone number (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original Curriculum Vitae, signed wet with black ink (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original ID card or official certificate of electronic population recording issued by the authorized officer (Population and Civil Registration Service), still valid (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original diploma (non‑legallyised) that matches the educational qualification required for the applied position (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original transcript of records matching the diploma (non‑legallyised), submitted as a single PDF file not exceeding 500 KB, showing all transcript pages
• A recent passport‑size photograph (4×6 cm), wearing at least a white shirt with a red background (JPG format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original work experience letter (if any) (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original Certificate of Study Accreditation that meets the specified requirements (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original Police Record Certificate (SKCK) (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original health certificate issued by a government health service doctor, no later than 15 calendar days before 03 September 2026
• A color scan of the original Registration Certificate (STR) (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• A color scan of the original training certificate for Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for applicants to specialist nurse or skilled nurse positions (PDF format, max 500 KB)
• Sign the Statement on stamped paper (Rp10,000), (attached format), declaring:
  • a. Good conduct and never sentenced to 2 or more years imprisonment
  • b. Never dismissed dishonorably
  • c. Not a member or official of a political party
  • d. No dependence on Narcotics/Psychotropics/Addictive Substances
  • e. No tattoo
  • f. No smoking or e‑cigarettes
  • g. Not currently bound by a work contract or holding a position in another agency
  • h. Willing to work shifts
  • i. Willing to be appointed/employed as a Non‑Civil Servant at RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah and will not demand to be appointed as a Civil Servant

IV. SELECTION MECHANISM AND PHASES

1. All selection stages are conducted using an Elimination System. Applicants who do not meet the passing criteria at any stage cannot proceed to the next stage.

V. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. No selection fee is charged to participants.
2. Participants with prior work experience in a hospital will receive additional points: 5 points for at least one year of work experience, and 10 points for at least two years of work experience, as verified by a work certificate.
3. Passing the selection is the candidate’s own achievement. Any promise of guarantee by third parties for any motive is considered fraud. Candidates are advised not to trust any person or party that claims to facilitate passing any selection stage in exchange for money or other compensation.
4. Any oversight by a participant in reading and understanding the announcement and failing to follow information updates is the participant’s own responsibility, including the possibility of schedule changes announced later.
