Thecuy.com – Balai Besar Biomedis dan Genomika Kesehatan (BB Binomika) adalah Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) mandiri di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan yang dibentuk melalui Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 19 Tahun 2023. Instansi ini berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Direktur Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan, dengan pembinaan administratif oleh Sekretaris Ditjen Pelayanan Kesehatan dan pembinaan teknis fungsional oleh direktur yang membidangi tata kelola pelayanan kesehatan. Berkantor di Gedung Eijkman, Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro No. 69, Jakarta Pusat, BB Binomika mengemban tugas pengelolaan dan pelayanan di bidang biomedis dan genomika kesehatan, termasuk layanan laboratorium kesehatan lainnya, sebagai bagian dari penguatan transformasi layanan rujukan dan transformasi teknologi kesehatan menuju pelayanan kedokteran presisi (precision medicine) di Indonesia.
Sebagai pusat unggulan biomedis dan genomika nasional, BB Binomika menyediakan layanan pengujian laboratorium klinik maupun lingkungan, melakukan riset kesehatan berbasis genomik, dan berperan sebagai koordinator penelitian klinis melalui fungsi Clinical Research Center (CRC). Kualitas layanannya didukung oleh sejumlah pengakuan, seperti akreditasi dari Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) dan Komite Akreditasi Laboratorium Kesehatan (KALK), sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan ISO 35001:2019, serta predikat Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK). Berstatus sebagai Badan Layanan Umum (BLU), BB Binomika secara berkala membuka rekrutmen pegawai non-ASN, mulai dari pegawai mitra, pegawai kontrak, hingga pegawai outsourcing, untuk mendukung berbagai program prioritas Kementerian Kesehatan, termasuk Program Generasi Sehat.

1. REQUIRED POSITIONS
- Position: Enumerator
- Location: Pasuruan Regency (Zoonosis Laboratory BBTKL Nongkojajar)
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma (D.III, D.IV), Bachelor’s Degree (S.1)
- Major: Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, Psychology, Pharmacy, Biology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or other relevant fields
- Number of Positions: 1
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian citizen
- Belief in the One Supreme God
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- High integrity towards the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
- Not a member or official of a political party
- Never dismissed dishonorably from civil service or private employment
- Never sentenced to imprisonment or detention by court decision
- Meet the educational qualifications matching the position
- Good conduct
- No tattoos
- Physically and mentally healthy, certified by a government doctor’s health certificate
3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – ENUMERATOR
- Willing to work full‑time during the activity period
- Willing to attend all training sessions
- High integrity, disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of participant data
- Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience as field officer/enumerator in health surveys such as SKI, Riskesdas, SSGI, or other community health programs
- Preference given to those who understand Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Research Practice (GRP), or health research ethics, especially informed consent
- Capable of using web‑based digital applications for data collection
- Preference given to those with experience in data validation or quality control
- Careful and quality‑oriented
- Strong analytical skills

Graduation from each selection stage will be announced through the official website of BB Binomika: https://binomika.kemkes.go.id and BB Binomika’s social media channels.
Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage must report to the Head of the General Administration Sub‑Division on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 08.00 WIB to complete administrative procedures.
8. OTHER PROVISIONS
