In order to support and strengthen the Healthy Generation program aimed at enhancing public health standards, the Biomedical and Health Genomics Agency invites Indonesian citizens who are interested in becoming OS employees at BB Binomika, under the following conditions:

General Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen;
- Has faith in the One Supreme God;
- Possesses good communication and coordination skills;
- Demonstrates high integrity toward the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
- Is not a member or officer of a political party;
- Has never been dishonorably dismissed from civil service or private employment;
- Has never been sentenced to imprisonment or detention by a court;
- Meets the educational qualification requirements (level and major) matching the job position;
- Has a good moral character;
- Does not have tattoos;
- Is physically and mentally healthy, certified by a government medical doctor.
Special Requirements:
1. Field Team Leader
- Willing to attend all training sessions
- Possesses high integrity, discipline, responsibility, and ability to maintain participant data confidentiality
- Preference given to those with at least 2 years of experience as a field coordinator or supervisor in health surveys such as SKI, Riskesdas, SSGI, or other community health programs
- Preference given to those familiar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Research Practice (GRP), or health research ethics, especially informed consent
- Ability to use web‑based digital applications for data collection
- Experience in data validation or quality control is preferred
- Meticulous and quality‑oriented
- Good analytical skills
2. Enumerator
- Willing to work full‑time during the activity period
- Willing to attend all training sessions
- Possesses high integrity, discipline, responsibility, and ability to maintain participant data confidentiality
- Preference given to those with at least 2 years of experience as a field officer/enumerator in health surveys such as SKI, Riskesdas, SSGI, or other community health programs, and who understand Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Research Practice (GRP), or health research ethics, especially informed consent
- Ability to use web‑based digital applications for data collection
- Experience in data validation or quality control is preferred
- Meticulous and quality‑oriented

III. Application Procedure
1. Required Documents (in PDF format):
- Cover letter signed by the applicant on a Rp. 10,000.- (ten thousand rupiah) stamp, addressed to the Head of the Biomedical and Health Genomics Agency;
- Curriculum vitae;
- Certified academic diploma and transcript of records issued by an authorized official;
- Personal identification (ID card);
- Recent passport‑size photograph (4×6);
- Medical certificate issued within the last month;
- Valid police clearance certificate (SKCK);
- Certificate stating no history of imprisonment or detention based on court decision;
- Certificate stating no history of dishonorable dismissal from civil service or private employment.
2. Submission of Application Documents
