KRITERIA PELAMAR:

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI);
2. Gender male or female as required by each position;
3. Mentally and physically sound;
4. Hold a valid Diploma/School Completion Certificate (SKL):
• SLHA (SMA/MA/SMK/MAK) with the following grades:
• National Final Exam (UAN) average minimum 7.0 (seven point zero); or
• For SLHA graduates from 2020 onward, use the school exam average minimum 7.0 (seven point zero) or 70 (seventy);
5. D3 with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) and a study program accreditation of at least “Very Good (B)” from BAN‑PT or an authorized institution;
• D4/S1 with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) and a study program accreditation of at least “Excellent (A)” from BAN‑PT or an authorized institution.
6. Applicant age as of 07 September 2026:
• SLHA level: minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years;
• D3 level: minimum 20 years and maximum 27 years;
• D4/S1 level: minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years.
7. Height requirements:
• For males: minimum 163 cm with ideal body weight, applicable to the following positions:
• D3 – Conductor;
• D3 – Operational (Engine Driver and Assistant PPKA);
• SLHA – Conductor.
8. For males: minimum 160 cm with ideal body weight, applicable to the following positions:
• D4/S1 – Logistics & Building Staff;
• D4/S1 – Negative Check Operator for Sintelis & Facilities;
• D3 – KPJR Operator and Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure;
• D3 – Administration;
• D3 – Paramedic;
• SLHA – Engine Driver and Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure.
• For males: minimum 160 cm and females: minimum 155 cm with ideal body weight, specifically for the D4/S1 – Legal Administration position.
9. Good moral character;
10. No tattoos or body piercings for male applicants;
11. Never used or been involved with narcotics or psychotropic substances;
12. Never been sentenced to imprisonment with a final and binding court decision;
13. Never terminated from a permanent employment (PKWTT) within the KAI Group and its affiliates due to early retirement, resignation, or disciplinary action;
14. Never dismissed from another institution due to disciplinary action or dishonourable discharge;
15. Not married to a co‑worker in the same institution within the KAI Group at the time of employment acceptance;
16. Ready to follow the recruitment selection process according to the applicable regulations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Group;
17. Pass the selection administered by the recruitment committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Group.

KETENTUAN KHUSUS PELAMAR:
