General Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (undergraduate) or 3.25 (postgraduate)
- Maximum age at application: 26 years for undergraduates and 28 years for postgraduates
- Demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum TOEIC score of 400 (or equivalent); the score must be from an official institution and be current, and must be included in the application
- Have no immediate family member (parents or siblings) currently employed by BNI
- Be unmarried and commit to remaining single throughout the program
- Express interest in building a career in sales or marketing
- Be willing to be placed at any location across Indonesia to support retail‑segment operations
