General Qualifications :
- S1 / S2 from a reputable university in a relevant field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 for S1 or 3.25 for S2 on the 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
- Maximum age at application: 26 years for S1 graduates; 28 years for S2 graduates
- Fluent in English and must submit a TOEIC score of at least 400 (or equivalent) on the application. Accepted scores are only those issued by official/authorised bodies and are still valid.
- No immediate family member (parents, siblings) currently employed at BNI
- Unmarried, never married, and committed to remaining unmarried throughout the program duration
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia to support retail segment operations
