Its position, organizational structure, and work procedures are governed by Pekalongan Mayor Regulation Number 85 of 2021 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties, Functions, and Work Procedures of the Health Department. In general, the agency assists the Mayor in carrying out governmental affairs in the health sector that fall under regional authority, as well as additional tasks assigned to the region. Its work scope is divided into several areas, including health services; health resources, pharmacy, and medical equipment; community health, disease prevention and control; secretariat; and development of subordinate UPTDs.

While providing services to the community, the Pekalongan City Health Department manages 14 community health centers (Puskesmas) located across 27 villages, some of which have inpatient facilities, such as Puskesmas Kusuma Bangsa and Puskesmas Krapyak Kidul. According to https://dinkes.pekalongankota.go.id/, the Pekalongan City Health Department is opening a BLUD Health Worker Selection for the year 2026. The registration period has been extended until August 24, 2026, at 15:00 WIB.

A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesian citizen;
2. Maximum age of 35 years at the time of registration (19 – 21 August 2026);
3. Never sentenced to imprisonment or detention based on a court decision that has permanent legal force;
4. Never involved in movements opposing Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
5. Possess the required educational qualifications;
6. Have good conduct and never been involved in criminal cases;
7. Physically and mentally healthy, as declared by a government doctor;
8. Possess competence (abilities, expertise, skills, attitudes, and behavior required for task implementation).

B. ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS

1. Application letter (full name, gender, education, educational institution, place/date of birth, complete address, telephone or mobile number, indicating the type of position, date of application, signature);
2. Two (2) color passport‑size photos (4×6 cm) with the applicant’s name written on the back;
3. Photocopy of diploma and transcript of records;
4. Photocopy of KTP;
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
6. Original Certificate of Physical Fitness signed by a government doctor;
7. Photocopy of a valid/lifetime Registration Certificate for Health Professionals (STR);
8. Photocopy of work experience certificate (if any);
9. Photocopy of professional certification, training, or course certificates related to the position (if any).

C. QUALIFICATIONS

1. Maximum age of 35 years;
2. Domicile within Pekalongan City;
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00;
4. Hold an Active Registration Certificate (STR);
5. Female.

E. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Final deadline for submission of application documents was originally Friday 21 August 2026 at 11.00 WIB. Application files are to be sent to the Pekalongan City Health Department, Jl. Jetayu No.4, Pekalongan City. The registration extension is now open until 24 August 2026 at 15.00 WIB.

F. SELECTION PROCESS
The selection is carried out through the following stages:

1. Administrative and qualification screening;
2. Written test selection;
3. Interview selection;
4. Practical selection.

H. SELECTION PROVISIONS

1. The selection method is a merit point system using a淘汰 (elimination) approach, where each stage has a minimum passing score; failing to meet the threshold results in elimination.
2. Application documents that meet administrative and qualification requirements will be announced by the Non‑ASN Workforce Procurement Implementation Committee for participation in the next selection stage.
3. Applicants who have submitted their applications by the final deadline and match the required positions will be included in the administrative and qualification screening.
4. Rules for participants in the written test, interview, and practical stages are as follows:
• a. Participants in the written test and interview are those who pass the administrative and qualification screening;
• b. Participants in the written test and interview must complete and sign a Declaration Statement provided by the committee;
• c. Arrive before the exam begins and sign the attendance list;
• d. Bring an original identity card (KTP);
• e. Bring writing tools;
• f. Participants who do not appear for the exam (for any reason) are considered eliminated;
• g. Must wear neat clothing and shoes (no T‑shirts or jeans);
• h. Use of communication devices and mobile phones is prohibited (must be on silent or vibrate mode);
• i. Cheating or collaboration is not allowed;
• j. Maintain order and quiet in the examination area;
• k. Examination rules will be read aloud by the committee before the exam starts.
5. Applicants who pass the selection (administrative and qualification, written and interview) must attend the signing of the Work Agreement (SPK) within the specified time frame;
6. Applicants who fail to attend the SPK signing within the stipulated time are deemed to have withdrawn and will be replaced by other successful candidates based on priority;
7. Applicants found providing false or misleading information will be declared unsuccessful (eliminated) and will be processed according to applicable laws and regulations.

I. SELECTION RESULT VALUES

1. Selection scores are arranged in descending order based on the highest values;
2. Successful candidates are determined based on the minimum passing score, priority scale (highest scores), and the required position quota;
3. The results of the BLUD Health Worker Selection will be announced on the website https://dinkes.pekalongankota.go.id/ and on the announcement board at the Pekalongan City Health Department.

J. OTHER PROVISIONS

1. All activities in the BLUD Health Worker Selection process are free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN);
2. No fees are charged during the BLUD Health Worker Selection process;
3. The decision of the BLUD Health Worker Selection Committee is final and cannot be challenged;
