ONE PIECE Season 3, THE BATTLE OF ALABASTA, disclosed four extra cast members ahead of its 2027 launch. The upcoming third season will venture into Alabasta, featuring Crocodile, after filming was completed in June. The news arrived during the ONE PIECE DAY ’26 event.
The newcomers to the cast are:
- Emilio Sakraya as Koza
- Nabeel Khan as Chaka
- Omid Abtah as Toto
- Jamie Ward as Pell
The reveal occurred toward the close of the event, following the earlier unveiling of the second global character poll. Luffy topped the poll as the favorite, with Zoro and Sanji ranking just behind.
The debut of the first season took place on August 31, 2023, and it led Netflix’s global English TV chart, achieving 18.5 million views, 140.1 million streaming hours and an average episode length of 7 hours 34 minutes. Joe Mangianello, who portrays Crocodile/Mr. 0, indicated earlier that production on the third season will also start this year.
First launched by Eiichiro Oda in 1997, ONE PIECE has grown into a major global manga and anime series, boasting over 600 million manga copies sold and 1,168 episodes in the anime adaptation.
