Genshin Impact and Crunchyroll are joining forces for a limited-time collaboration linked to the launch of Version 7.0 and Snezhnaya, allowing eligible Crunchyroll members to claim exclusive in-game rewards.
The promotion runs from 9:00 am PT on August 12 through 8:59 am PT on September 22, 2026. It is open to both new and existing qualifying Crunchyroll members in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, except Cuba; complimentary trial accounts cannot take part.
Members holding an active Crunchyroll Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan plan are eligible for the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model gadget pet. The announcement notes that this item will debut on the Genshin Impact American server and will be exclusive to qualifying Crunchyroll users throughout the promotion.
All eligible Crunchyroll members can also claim an in-game bundle containing:
- 40 Primogems
- 3 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- 3 Hero’s Wit
- 20,000 Mora
The partnership lines up with the August 12 release of Genshin Impact Version 7.0, introducing Snezhnaya—the seventh region of Teyvat—for players to explore.
Participation requires players to go to the Crunchyroll collaboration page and log in with a qualifying account. Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan holders can obtain codes for both the gadget pet and the item bundle, whereas other eligible subscribers only get the item bundle. Users may upgrade to Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan during the event to qualify for the gadget reward.
Once a code is obtained, players need to redeem it inside Genshin Impact; the rewards will arrive via in‑game mail. An Adventure Rank of 2 or higher is necessary, and the codes work exclusively on the American server.
Both firms called the event the inaugural joint effort between Genshin Impact and an anime streaming platform to include a unique cosmetic item.
Genshin Impact Version 7.0 becomes available on August 12 across PlayStation 5, Xbox, PC, iOS, and Android.
