To meet service needs at the Puskesmas Technical Implementation Units for the 2026 fiscal year, the Kulon Progo District Health Office will hold a BLUD employee recruitment through a general mechanism. The required health personnel types are Primary Specialist Doctor and Skilled Nurse, with the following placement allocations:
1. Primary Specialist Doctor
- Minimum education: General practitioner
- Quota: 1
- Planned placement: Puskesmas Panjatan II
2. Skilled Nurse
- Minimum education: Diploma III Nurse
- Quota: 2
- Planned placement: Puskesmas Wates
Registration requirements are as follows:
- Application letter addressed to the BLUD Selection Team of the Kulon Progo District Health Office, submitted through the Head of the targeted Community Health Center, specifying the applied position and affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp.
- Indonesian citizens, preferably residents of the area, are given priority.
- Age requirements at the time of registration are as follows: a. For the position of Primary Specialist Doctor, minimum age is 23 years and maximum age is 50 years; b. For the position of Skilled Nurse, minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 35 years.
- Statement that the applicant has never been honorably dismissed not at his/her own request, nor dismissed dishonorably as a Civil Servant or as a private employee, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp.
- Statement of non‑smoking habit, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp.
- Good moral character, demonstrated by attaching a valid Police Record Certificate.
- Physical health, proven by attaching a Health Certificate issued by a government doctor.
- Hold educational qualifications matching the job requirements, evidenced by a diploma/certificate.
- Possess the required competence, expertise and skills, evidenced by a Registration Certificate (STR).
- Possess the required competence, expertise and skills, evidenced by a Completed Competency or a valid Competency Certificate for medical and health personnel.

Implementation schedule:
- Registration and document upload: 3‑6 August 2026.

- Written test and interview: 13 August 2026 from 08.30 WIB until completion, held at the Kulon Progo District Health Office.
- Announcement of final selection results: 18 August 2026 will be posted on the notice board of the Kulon Progo District Health Office or on the Health Office website https://dinkes.kulonprogokab.go.id/.
