BNI is currently recruiting for the Officer Development Program (ODP) – Global Analyst Program, which covers Wholesale Business areas such as Treasury, International, Corporate, and Enterprise. The program is designed to equip participants for leadership positions across diverse functions and hierarchical levels within BNI through an intensive six‑month training curriculum. Selected candidates will enjoy both stimulating and demanding exposure to the bank’s operations.
General Qualifications :
- Hold a bachelor’s (S1) or master’s (S2) degree from a reputable university in a field related to the position, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (S1) or 3.25 (S2) on the equivalent scale.
- Must not exceed the age limit at the date of application: under 26 years for S1 graduates and under 28 years for S2 graduates.
- Demonstrate English proficiency; please submit official test scores (valid) with a minimum of TOEIC 700, TOEFL iBT 60, or IELTS 6.0. Only scores from accredited testing bodies will be accepted.
- Possess strong critical‑thinking and analytical abilities to gather and process relevant, comprehensive information.
- Communicate ideas effectively, clearly, and persuasively to foster understanding and secure commitment from colleagues.
- Have no immediate family (parents, siblings) currently employed by BNI.
- Be single, never married, and commit to remaining unmarried for the duration of the program.
- Be open to assignments in any location across Indonesia.
