Chained Soldier Season 3 has been officially confirmed at a special gathering held in Japan on August 2. The second season was directed by Masafumi Tamura for Passione x Hayabusa Film.
The ongoing gathering introduced seven voice actors, featuring:
- Yuya Hirose, voicing Yuki Wakura
- Akari Kito, voicing Kyoka Uzen
- Yume Miyamoto, voicing Himari Azuma
- Mari Hino, voicing Shushu Suruga
- Hina Tachibana, voicing Nei Okawamura
- Maaya Uchida, voicing Tenka Izumo
- Fuuka Izumi, voicing Yakumo Ezo

Yohei Takemura, the manga creator, also posted the news on X alongside an illustration, stating: “Thanks to everyone’s support, Season 2 of the anime Chained Soldier was a huge success, and a third season has officially been confirmed!”
Chained Soldier originates from the manga created by Takahiro and Yohei Takemura, which is presently serialized in Shonen Jump+. Season 2 continues the adaptation, produced by Passione in partnership with Hayabusa Film.
Masafumi Tamura helmed the second season, with script supervision by Yasuhiro Nakanishi and character designs by Keiya Nakano. The soundtrack was created by Kohta Yamamoto, and the sound was overseen by Chikako Yokota. Earlier, the series hinted at its sequel through a special video showcasing Varvara Pilipenko (CV: Yui Ishikawa).
Season 2 is presently available for streaming globally on HIDIVE, MUSE, and Aniplus.
