Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
- At least five years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with extensive expertise in corporate legal issues, commercial deals, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- A solid grasp of Indonesian Corporate Law (Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies/UUPT) is required.
