BANJAR, Thecuy.com – The Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Division (P3A) of Banjar City’s Social and P3A Service educated SMKN 3 Banjar students about preventing violence against women and children.
The education took place during the School Environment Introduction Period, on Thursday, 23 July 2026.
Hj Yurniati, Head of the P3A Division at Banjar City’s Social and P3A Service, said that MPLS is not just about getting to know the school environment and teachers, but about learning values that will serve as a foundation for study at school.
“As SMK students, they must be prepared to become a generation that is skilled, creative, and ready to enter the workforce,” she said.

“How can prevention be carried out? There are several steps that must be taken to prevent violence against women and children,” she said.
First, raise awareness and provide education on preventing violence against women and children.

Third, enhance community participation in violence prevention.
All elements have a crucial role in preventing violence against women and children, whether it be task forces, family environments, or schools.
“Let us together create a child‑friendly school where every student feels accepted, respected, and has equal opportunities to pursue their dreams,” she said.
