TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – The dispute over the appointment of three members of the Supervisory Board (Dewas) of the dr. Soekardjo Hospital BLUD in Tasikmalaya City has entered the legal phase.
The Mayor’s Decree on the appointment of the Dewas for the 2026-2031 term has officially been challenged in the Bandung State Administrative Court (PTUN).
The lawsuit was filed by Tasikmalaya City resident and advocate, Taufiq Rahman, against the Mayor of Tasikmalaya.
The PBG and SLF retributions in Tasikmalaya City reached Rp3.2 billion, with the target of Rp3.7 billion pursued until the end of the year. The PUTR Office of Tasikmalaya City prioritizes the rehabilitation of village offices and public buildings.
The case was registered online on Wednesday (4/11/2026) through his legal counsel and was accepted by the court the following day, Thursday (5/11/2026).
According to information provided by the plaintiff, the case, numbered 201/G/2026/PTUN.BDG, is scheduled to enter its first hearing on Thursday (12/11/2026).
Taufiq confirmed the lawsuit. He considered the mayor’s decision to appoint three members of the Supervisory Board of dr. Soekardjo Hospital to have several fundamental problems, ranging from selection procedures, membership composition, to alleged conflicts of interest in the appointment process.
In the core of his lawsuit, Taufiq asked the PTUN to completely annul the Mayor’s Decree Number 500/Kep.810-Ek/2026 concerning the Appointment of the Supervisory Board of the dr. Soekardjo Hospital BLUD.
According to him, the issue is not merely about who is appointed as the hospital supervisor. Moreover, the process of forming the Dewas is considered to have to meet governmental administrative provisions, principles of openness, and the principle of being free from conflicts of interest.
One point of concern is the reuse of the Assessors Team Decree Number 500/Kep.679-Ek/2021 dated October 1, 2021, in the Dewas selection process in September 2026.
Taufiq argued that the decree was a decision to form an ad hoc team whose task had been completed after producing the decision to appoint the Dewas for the 2022-2027 period. Therefore, its reuse for the 2026 selection process was considered to lack sufficient authority.
The Tasikmalaya City PUTR Service encourages construction workers to become certified, with light steel training enhancing skills. The FKS Office of Tasikmalaya City continues to strengthen the movement for household waste management.
“The decision used as the basis for assessment is no longer current. The team was formed for a single task and has completed its function,” he told Radar on Sunday (8/11/2026).
Furthermore, Taufiq questioned the recruitment chronology. The announcement of the Dewas member selection was said to have been opened since 31 August 2026, while the previous Dewas dismissal decree was only signed by the mayor on 14 September 2026.
He also highlighted alleged conflicts of interest in the selection process. One of them concerns the involvement of Asep Goparullah who is said to have acted as the Head of the Assessment Team while still recorded as an active member of the Dewas based on the previous appointment decree.
