Then why was the old team’s SK used again for the 2026 selection process? Does the assessor team have a term that lasts as long as a bureaucratic dynasty? Or is there another mechanism that allows the SK to remain usable?
This is the first question that must be answered by the Tasikmalaya City Government. Because in government administration, an old document is not automatically a document that still has authority.
If the 2021 SK is still valid, show the basis for its continuation. If the task is already completed, explain how the assessor team’s authority for the 2026 process was obtained. Let’s not have a modern government using expired documents for new work.
Like using an old driving licence to drive a new vehicle. It may have the same form. But the authority issue is different.
There are still other problems. In the objection material, it is mentioned that the recruitment announcement for the Supervisory Board has been opened on 31 August 2026.
Meanwhile, the SK for the dismissal of the old Supervisory Board was only signed on 14 September 2026. The difference is about two weeks.

Is there really a mechanism that allows the process to run concurrently? Or is there an administrative stage that should have been completed first?
This is not about who came to the office first. This is about the order of decisions. In bureaucracy, a date can be very important. One date can differentiate whether an action was taken based on authority or rather preceded authority.
