In 2023, TransNusa shifted to a Premium Service Carrier model and inaugurated its inaugural international flight on 14 April 2023, additionally becoming the first Indonesian airline to operate the COMAC ARJ21‑700 aircraft.
TransNusa Announces a Job Opening for the Position of Regulatory Officer
PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri is looking for detail‑oriented and proactive candidates to join its team as Regulatory Staff. In this position, you will coordinate domestic and international flight permits, handle airport slot allocations, create aircraft rotation charts, and verify that all necessary regulatory approvals are secured for both scheduled and charter flights. You will also liaise with airport slot coordinators, aviation authorities, AirNav Indonesia, and other key partners to ensure seamless flight operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Air Transportation or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the aviation sector, preferably in flight permit processing, airport slot coordination, or flight regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight permits, Flight Approval processes, Security Clearance, PPRP, and airport slot management is desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, solid organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Available to start work right away.
