Thecuy.com, Palembang – Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum Sumatera Selatan re‑conducted a physical condition survey of State Assets (BMN) to align administrative data with on‑site asset status. This action follows the General Secretariat’s directive to update physical condition data of BMN in the SAKTI and SIMAN V2 applications.
The event, held on Wednesday, engaged BMN managers from the South Sumatra Regional Office. The physical data collection was carried out to ensure that information on items, users, condition, and asset location accurately reflects real‑world circumstances.
The Head of Administration and General Affairs at the South Sumatra Regional Office, Bulan Mahardika Subekti, chaired the data‑collection meeting. He stressed that data accuracy is crucial for disciplined and accountable state asset management.
“The purpose of this data collection is to verify the consistency of item information, user details, condition, and BMN location to support orderly administration and accountable BMN management,” he said.
During the meeting, Bulan reminded BMN managers to input data completely, correctly, and in line with actual conditions. He also highlighted the importance of timely report submission to ensure data updates are completed within the set schedule.
As a follow‑up, the South Sumatra Regional Office formed a Team for BMN Physical Condition Data Collection. The agency also plans a technical briefing on the use of the BMN application to aid the data‑update process.
Through these measures, the South Sumatra Regional Office aims for state asset management to become more disciplined, precise, and accountable. Aligning data updates with on‑site conditions is also expected to boost administrative transparency and optimize BMN utilization.
