In operation, the agency is supported by several technical implementing units, primarily Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) that deliver primary health services across their respective work areas, backed by networks such as Auxiliary Community Health Centers, Mobile Community Health Centers, Village Health Posts (Ponkesdes), and Integrated Service Posts (Polindes). Some Community Health Centers in Pacitan are currently managed under the Regional General Service (BLUD) model, granting them flexibility in managing finances and human resources.

The Pacitan Health Service is currently announcing the BLUD Puskesmas Recruitment Selection for the Year 2026 to address staffing needs in various Community Health Centers spread across Pacitan Regency. This recruitment includes medical staff (general practitioners and dentists), health workers (midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and others), as well as support staff such as cooks, drivers, IT personnel, and cleaning workers, totaling 61 positions. Note that successful candidates will hold BLUD employee status, not civil‑servant or contract‑worker status. II. REQUIREMENTS AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Requirements

1.1. Maximum age of 35 years as of November 2026;

• a) Diploma and transcript, minimum GPA 2.75 from an accredited higher‑education institution;
• b) Registration Certificate (STR) except for Community Health Workers.

   2. For support staff

• a) Diploma and transcript (high‑school graduates need only submit diploma), minimum GPA 2.75 from an accredited higher‑education institution;
• b) For driver applicants, a copy of the latest driver’s license (minimum SIM A) must be attached.
