I. Legal Basis:


A. Mayoral Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning Procurement, Requirements, Appointment, Placement, Age Limits, Length of Service, Rights, Obligations, and Dismissal of Managing Officials and Employees originating from Tarakan City General Hospital;


B. Decision of the Mayor of Tarakan Number: 100.3.3.3 / HK-VIII / 357 / 2026 Concerning the Workforce Establishment for Non‑Permanent Regional General Service Agency Staff at Tarakan City General Hospital for the Year 2026;


C. Decision of the Director of Tarakan City General Hospital Number: 100.3 / 016 / RSUKT / 2026 Concerning the Recruitment Team for Regional General Service Agency Employees at Tarakan City General Hospital.

A. General Requirements.

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI)
2. Age in compliance with the specific requirements for each position, calculated up to the final registration date
3. Holds the required educational qualification, verified by an original diploma; certificate of expertise is accepted. A temporary diploma or proof of graduation is not accepted
4. Applicants with previous work experience may submit a work reference letter from their former employer
5. Medical fitness certificate issued by a government‑recognized physician
6. Willingness to participate in all stages of the non‑permanent BLUD employee selection process at RSU Kota Tarakan

V. Registration Procedure.

1. Application letter must be handwritten in black ink (not typed) (see attachment 1), signed. The letter should be addressed to: Committee for Non‑Permanent BLUD Employee Recruitment, Rumah Sakit Umum Kota Tarakan, Jalan Aki Babu, Karang Harapan Subdistrict, Tarakan City.

2. Required application documents (scanned PDF format) include:


• a. Application letter (see attachment 1)

• b. Recent colour passport‑size photo (blue background) measuring 4×6 cm;

• c. Statement of document authenticity (see attachment 2)

• d. Original medical fitness certificate from a government physician;

• e. Original diploma and transcript of records;

• f. Forlap Dikti Alumni (downloaded from PDDikti);

• g. Original ID card (KTP);

• h. Original STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi);

• i. Original certification related to required training;

• j. Original work experience certificate (if any)

3. All application documents in scanned .pdf format must be sent via email with the subject line: FULL NAME_POSITION CODE to the address [email protected]

4. Administrative files that do not comply with the specified email subject, are incomplete, or fail to meet the announcement requirements are deemed administratively unsuccessful. The committee does not accept supplementary administrative documents.

5. Administrative document submission is accepted only via the committee’s email. Physical submissions are not accepted.

6. Candidates participating in the interview and practical test must bring the original application documents as required and place them in a blue folder.

Selection Results Announcement.

1. All selection stages follow an elimination system;
2. Lists of successful applicants and any additional requirements for each stage are published on the official Instagram account of RSU Kota Tarakan: @rsukotatarakan;
3. The committee’s decision regarding the non‑permanent BLUD employee recruitment is final and cannot be contested; correspondence on this matter will not be entertained;
4. Applicants must be present 30 (thirty) minutes before the test begins for each stage. Late arrivals will not be given additional time;
5. The registration for the non‑permanent BLUD employee selection is free of charge.
