Position: BPC/CO/BW Control Assistant
General Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- Minimum education level of Bachelor’s degree/Diploma-IV in the fields of Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Computerized Accounting, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, and Computer Science (with experience in accounting/finance).
- Experienced in Corporate Financial Systems.
- Willing to be placed at PTPN IV Head Office (Jakarta) and to be assigned to units/subsidiaries if required.
- Willing to undergo all selection stages, including technical tests (SAP case studies, SQL, and work sample), and to sign a service agreement in accordance with company regulations.
- Never involved in bribery, illegal gratification, fraud, or criminal acts of corruption (to be proven with a statement).
Special Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Bachelor’s degree/Diploma-IV in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Computerized Accounting, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering/Computer Science with accounting experience.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00) from a state university or a minimum GPA of 3.25 (scale 4.00) from a private university/foreign university.
- Minimum work experience of 2 years in accounting/finance or financial systems.
- Experience handling SAP BPC and/or BW is a top priority.
- Proficient in closing processes and consolidation of financial statements.
- Able to manage databases (SQL), integrate data across systems, and create automated reports/dashboards.
- Hold SAP certification (FI/CO/BPC/BW) and/or CA/CPA.
- Salary expectation in accordance with the company’s salary structure and scale for the Assistant level (BOD-3).
