Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 unveiled Episode 12’s preview visuals and plot details before its September 13 broadcast. The prior episode, labeled “Turning Point 4,” featured a future version of Rudeus and foreshadowed a grim tone for the remaining series. Crunchyroll is offering the series in its Summer 2026 schedule.

“I originate from the future.”
A man who materialized out of nowhere delivered these words to Rudeus. While Rudeus remained perplexed, the stranger recounted the harrowing events soon to torment Rudeus and disclosed the culprit behind them.

The third season opens with Volume 14, summarized by Seven Seas as follows:
Nanahoshi, Rudeus, and their companions embark on an expedition to Perugius’s enigmatic floating citadel, hoping for excitement and a rare opportunity to master fresh spells. Instead, calamity strikes when a group member falls victim to a lethal disease. To what extremes will Rudeus go to rescue his cherished friend?

The series adapts a light novel penned by Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by Shirotaka. Seven Seas releases the novel in English.
The series is also launching a game titled Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes this year. It is a free‑to‑play title with optional in‑app purchases, crafted by ASOBIMO.
