On 7 September, he added 22,800 shares at Rp4,380 per saham, costing Rp99,86 juta. Following both transactions, Yuliot’s holdings rose to 188,400 shares, while his voting stake stayed at 0.0001%.
The interim dividend received approval from the Board of Commissioners on 3 September 2026 and was disclosed on the BEI on 4 September 2026. As a result, Bank Mandiri’s cumulative dividend payout for the full year 2026 totals roughly Rp50,63 triliun, which includes the Rp44,47 triliun dividend from 2025.
The dividend policy underscores management’s confidence in the company’s fundamentals, highlighted by bank‑only credit growth reaching Rp1,592 triliun by August 2026 (up 17.6% YoY) and third‑party funds (DPK) increasing to Rp1,687 triliun. Net profit also rose 22.3% YoY to Rp37.5 triliun, confirming a solid financial footing that can fuel further expansion.
