Pokémon Sleep has teamed up with NOT A HOTEL for a promotion that showcases an actual lodging space shaped like a Poké Ball.
The Pokémon Company introduced the initiative via a video called “A Poké Ball You Can Stay In,” which displays the Poké Ball‑styled facility as a genuine overnight stay option.
The partnership involves Pokémon Sleep, a game that monitors and evaluates a player’s slumber using a smartphone or compatible device. This initiative reimagines the iconic Poké Ball—among the series’ best‑known symbols—as a venue where guests can spend the night. Additionally, the brand recently unveiled a joint effort linking its television anime series with Pokémon GO.
NOT A HOTEL operates as a Japanese hospitality and real‑estate firm specializing in distinctive vacation residences and lodging venues. The newly unveiled Poké Ball‑shaped facility was crafted exclusively for the Pokémon Sleep partnership.
Further details regarding the promotion—including information about the lodging and entry procedures—will be posted on the specific Pokémon Sleep × NOT A HOTEL campaign webpage. Pokémon Sleep debuted on iOS and Android platforms back in 2023.
Pokémon unveiled its Generation 10 titles and starter Pokémon during this year’s Pokémon Day, broadcast via the Pokémon Presents live stream on February 27, 2026. The games, named Pokémon Winds and Pokémon Waves, are slated for an exclusive Nintendo Switch 2 launch in 2027.
The series previously showcased multiple special anime episodes, such as a World Earth Day installment, a Dragonite‑centric short produced by CoMix Wave Films during Pokémon Day 2025, and the latest POKÉTOON episode named Wartortle and the Continuation of Summer, directed by Shingo Yamashita.
A further series, The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu, has also been slated for a 2027 release, alongside the new animated movie Pokémon: Wild Card. This film is being produced by CloverWorks and is scheduled to debut in 2027.
