Position : Plantation Personnel Assistant (CKP Pro Hire 2026)
Qualifications :
- Must be an Indonesian national (WNI), with a preference for those who live in Riau and North Sumatra
- Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law
- Grade point average at least 3.00 for state universities or 3.25 for private universities on a 4.00 scale
- At least two years of work experience in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Legal/Agrarian fields (preferably within plantation, agribusiness, manufacturing or labor‑intensive sectors)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and ability to apply Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)
- Competent in using Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems such as HRIS or SAP HR
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A and/or SIM C) and be capable of driving in plantation areas
- Willing to reside in plantation accommodations or dormitories
