The PEKA program embodies the Value Beyond Protection ethos, expanding the concept of protection so that it does not end when benefits or compensation have been disbursed to participants or their heirs.
Through this program, social security benefits are expected to serve as a starting point for beneficiaries to recover after facing social and economic risks.
Beneficiaries will be encouraged to become productive again, acquire relevant skills, and gradually achieve economic independence.
This empowerment spirit is also considered aligned with President Prabowo Subianto’s Sixth Asta Cita, especially in efforts to promote economic equality and poverty alleviation.
With this approach, social protection is not merely a support when risks occur but is also directed towards providing people with opportunities to rebuild their economic lives.
