TASIKMALAYA, Thecuy.com – The 2026 Cibangbay Cup 3 football tournament officially concluded after a series of matches that began in July 2026, ending with a grand final and prize distribution on Sunday afternoon (23/8/2026).
The competition, held in Setiawargi Village, again crowned Siska Putri FC as the champion. Revas FC secured second place, while Toloheor FC took third.
Beyond the titles, the committee also presented several individual and team awards.

Bayu, from Siska Putri FC, was named top scorer of the Cibangbay Cup 3 2026. The Best Player award went to Rizal Piana of Toloheor FC.
The Best Team Fair Play award was presented to Liwar FC.
The Chairman of PSSI Tasikmalaya City, H. Wahid, S.Pd., praised the organization of Cibangbay Cup 3, which he described as safe and conducive from start to finish.
“The Cibangbay Cup 3 football tournament of 2026 has concluded. Today’s final proceeded smoothly, echoing the matches that began in July, and alhamdulillah it was safe and orderly,” Wahid told Radar.
He noted that the tournament’s success was due to the committee’s efforts and security support, including the police, military, village officials, and community police.
Wahid considered the Cibangbay Cup a unique asset for Tasikmalaya City, especially because this inter‑village football tournament (tarkam) has endured for three consecutive years.
“This is an asset for Tasikmalaya City—the existence of a tarkam tournament that has been running for three years,” he said.
Even though most players hailed from Setiawargi Village, the committee allowed up to three spots for outside participants.

This format was considered to still provide opportunities for local talents to develop while creating a more exciting competition.
Wahid also advocated that the tournament should not be limited to a yearly competition.
The committee, he said, is even establishing the Cibangbay Football School (SSB) as a venue for early‑age player development.
“An SSB will also be formed here because there must be successors in the future—those children who love football,” he said.
He confirmed that support for the Cibangbay Cup will continue. Wahid stated that the tournament is expected to be held again in 2027.
